How booking works
Kayak Ardennes books your place with independent hire companies: Récréalle on the Semois, Kayaks Libert on the Lesse, Coo Adventure on the Amblève. Online, you pay only the platform fee, that is 10% of the hire price. The hire itself is paid to the hire company on site, on the day of your trip. The hire contract is concluded directly with them.
The full terms are in the booking terms. Bookings cover the season, from April to October.
Comparing the seven options
“From” prices are per person, 10% platform fee included. For options where hire is paid per boat, they correspond to the cheapest seat in the most economical boat.

Three rivers, three moods
The Semois is the gentlest: calm current, four routes starting from Alle-sur-Semois and Poupehan, hire by kayak or canoe, single or double. See the Semois water level.
The Lesse is paddled in a single 12 km stage, from Gendron to Anseremme, with the train ride to the start. Five boats are offered, from single kayak to three-seater canoe. See the Lesse water level.
The Amblève is the sportiest: whitewater from the Coo waterfall, price per person, meals optional. You must be able to swim and be comfortable in the current. See the Amblève water level.
Choosing with confidence
A few questions are enough to decide: the crew’s level, the desired duration, whether children are coming. The route quiz points you in the right direction in a few answers. The guide to choosing your river sets out the differences, and the prices page gathers all rates by boat.
