What you pay, and to whom
The prices below are per boat, including the 10% platform fee. Online, you pay only that fee. The hire price is paid directly to the hire company on the day of your trip. Most hire companies accept cards, Bancontact and cash; some prefer cash, so bring a little with you.
Semois
Four routes. The shuttle is included in every price. See the description of the Semois routes and the river level.

Lesse

Amblève
A sporty whitewater route from the Coo waterfall to Cheneux, about 9 km and 2 h 15. Good paddling skills are required. Equipment and shuttle are included. See the Amblève water level.

What is included
- the kayak or canoe and a paddle;
- a life jacket, available in all sizes and compulsory;
- a waterproof barrel or bucket for your belongings;
- the safety briefing;
- the shuttle: round trip on the Semois and Amblève, SNCB train on the Lesse.
Age, dogs and groups
Children under 6 go free when seated in the middle of a double kayak. Any other arrangement counts as a paid seat. There is no minimum age, provided the child is accompanied by an adult in the same boat and wears a suitable life jacket.
On the Semois, dogs are welcome free of charge. Tell the hire company when you book so you get a suitable boat.
A single booking can include several single kayaks, double kayaks and canoes.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel by notifying the hire company at least 24 hours before departure (by replying to the confirmation e-mail, which is addressed to them). As the hire is only paid for on site, you owe them nothing. The platform fee paid online is non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure, closure of the river by order or a fully booked hire company; in those cases it is refunded. If the river is closed on the day of your trip, the fee is refunded or the trip is rescheduled. On the Semois, the river closes above 50 m³/s at Membre.
